WE'RE BREATHING NEW LIFE INTO OXYGEN

Our productions are created by the next generation of film talent, an assembled team of young people from across all backgrounds who collaborate and create in various areas of cinema craft.

With support from the Virgin Money Foundation, we have breathed new life into Oxygen and assembled our new foundational team, leading Oxygen on its new journey. Below you can read more about our Founders.

A keen filmmaker for over fourteen years, Gage is no stranger to film production and the landscape of the screen sector in the UK. Gage worked as the Youth Engagement Coordinator and Creative Programme Manager at the BAFTA and Academy Award Qualify organisation Leeds Film. As such, Gage has developed strong relationships with major organisations such as BFI, ITV, BAFTA, Arts Council England and various UK film hubs.

Eleanor's film prowess stretches the length of the UK; she mentored on and managed the BFI Film Academy in Bradford and Leeds and has since trained with Oxygen as an Intimacy Coordinator, one of the youngest in the world. Her passion for safe behaviour and representative depictions of sex, sexuality and sensuality is second to none. Eleanor recently spearheaded intimacy on Oxygen's critically acclaimed hit Amazon show, A Series of Light.

Lily-IDPhoto2_edited.jpg

Exactly a year after graduating from The Northern Film School with a First Class Honours in Filmmaking, Lily made her directorial debut with the independent short ‘It’s Fine’ about the harmful sexual experiences that many young women endure. She has a range of freelance, independent filmmaking experience on drama and documentary projects, as well as working as an offline editor on numerous shorts. Her two missions within Oxygen Films are to sustain an inclusive and accessible working environment for crew members and to push for increasing the on-screen representation within the films Oxygen produces.
